Vanilla Creme Dip

Enjoy this lightened up version of the classic creamy fruit dip that doesn’t sacrifice taste with its lower calorie count. Vanilla Shakeology and ricotta cheese come together to delight your tastebuds in this delicious no-bake recipe.

Vanilla Creme Dip

Total Time: 2 hrs. 10 min.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: None
Yield: 4 servings, about ¼ cup each

Ingredients:
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1 tsp. raw honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

 Preparation:
1. Place almond milk, ricotta, Shakeology, honey, and cinnamon in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
2. Place in a medium serving bowl.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until thickened and cold.

Tip: Serve dipping sauce with assorted fresh fruit such as pineapple spears, kiwifruit, grapes, strawberries, etc.
