Vanilla Creme Dip

Yield: 4 servings, about ¼ cup each
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1 tsp. raw honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1. Place almond milk, ricotta, Shakeology, honey, and cinnamon in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
2. Place in a medium serving bowl.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until thickened and cold.
Tip: Serve dipping sauce with assorted fresh fruit such as pineapple spears, kiwifruit, grapes, strawberries, etc.
